1975. Sal opened the doors at 119 Wyckoff Avenue and started turning out slices for the neighborhood. For five decades the oven barely cooled — kids became regulars, regulars became parents, and the line on a Friday night never really changed.
2026. Sal handed me the keys. I'm Jeffrey. I changed the sign out front and almost nothing else. Same deck oven. Same dough recipe. Same sauce. Same crew behind the counter.
